Ra explained that the beauty of truly understanding and connecting with our unique design, at its deepest level, is to reconnect us with the Soul of who we are. We grow up believing that the mind is our ultimate decision-maker, but the ever-busy mind was never meant to be our source of decision-making.
Human Design teaches that we each have three consciousness crystals. The Design Crystal is the vessel, our body, and is the vehicle of this life. The Personality Crystal is our consciousness, which we often allow to drive the vehicle; but who is meant to be the passenger, peacefully enjoying this ride we call life. The Magnetic Monopole attracts these two crystals and holds them together. The Magnetic Monopole is the real driver of our vehicle, the one who follows the GPS known as our Strategy and Authority.
When we understand and allow each crystal to have its proper role in our experience, that part of us that thinks it is driving can sit back and relax, becoming the Passenger Consciousness.
